Probation Department recommending the Board: 1) Ratify the Deputy Chief Probation Officer’s signature on the Sales Order from Monday.com accepting the pricing for the term of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025; 2) Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent to sign retroactive perpetual Purchase Contract 8943 with Monday.com, to provide project management software and licensing for a term of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 with an amount not to exceed $27,000; and 3) Authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute further documents relating to Purchase Contract 8943, including amendments which do not increase the amount, and contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk Management.
