Human Resources Department recommending the Board: 1) Adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 134-2024 to approve, due to an upward reclassification, the deletion of 1.0 FTE Accountant I/II allocation and the addition of 1.0 FTE Administrative Analyst I/II allocation in the Community Development Finance and Administration Division of the Chief Administrative Office; and 2) Waive the requirement for filling the Administrative Analyst I/II position through a competitive examination process, allowing the Accountant I/II incumbent, (position 2187), to be appointed to the position as provided for in Section 507.1.2 of the Personnel Rules. FUNDING: Various funding based on cost recovery through the A-97 Cost Allocation Plan.
