Parks, a division of the Chief Administrative Office, recommending the Board: 1) Find that the contribution of $37,500 to the City of Placerville to offset maintenance associated with use of the Placerville Aquatic Center by residents of the County who reside outside of the City limits for Fiscal Year 2024-25 is of general County interest and that the cost of maintenance is increased by reason of use by residents of the County outside of City limits; and 2) Adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 136-2024 authorizing payment to the City of Placerville (4/5 vote required). FUNDING: General Fund.
