Chief Administrative Office recommending the Board consider the Draft Board of Supervisors Response to the 2023-24 Grand Jury Final Report for Case 24-09 'Election Integrity: Separating Fact From Fiction' and take one of the following actions: 1) Direct staff to make changes and return to the Board with a final report by August 27, 2024; or 2) Approve the report as the Final Report and authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to submit it to the Presiding Judge.
