Probation Department (Probation) recommending the Board: 1) Add Probation’s Outreach Trailer to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 Fixed Asset list that was included on the FY 2023-24 Fixed Asset list but was not received within the fiscal year due to an extended build time and shipping time, at a total cost of $184,394; and 2) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Budget Transfer in the amount of $184,394, adjusting Probation’s FY 2024-25 budget to accommodate the carryover of the Trailer from FY 2023-24.
