Planning and Building Department, Tahoe Planning and Stormwater Division, recommending the Board adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 125-2024, authorizing the Director of the Planning and Building Department to sign the Land Coverage Exchange Agreement and an associated Tahoe Regional Planning Agency application to trade up to 38,549 square feet of El Dorado County Class 6 land coverage for up to 38,549 square feet of South Tahoe Public Utility District (STPUD) Class 4 land coverage for STPUD's new solar project.
