Library Department recommending the Board: 1) Approve and authorize the Director of Library Services to sign Memorandum of Understanding 8793 between NorthNet Library System and County of El Dorado for a term of five years beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2029, to participate in and implement the Link+ resource sharing system in a total amount of $111,311; and 2) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute amendments relating to Memorandum of Understanding 8793, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk Management, which do not increase the maximum dollar amount or term of the Agreement. FUNDING: 52% Library Taxes and 48% General Fund.
