In addition to rebranding existing signage, a new pylon sign is proposed. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 054-351-036, consists of 1.22 acres, and is located on the located on the north side of Pleasant Valley Rd at the intersection with Toyan Dr, in the El Dorado/Diamond Springs area, Supervisorial District 3.
