Department of Transportation, Maintenance and Operations Division, recommending the Board: 1) Adopt the Policy and Procedure Guidelines for Creation and Administration of Zones of Benefit Within a County Service Area and the Advisory Committee Manual, as amended; and 2) Provide conceptual approval of minor grammatical and formatting corrections, updates related to current County processes, and conformance with current CSA law to El Dorado County Ordinance Code sections 3.30.020 and 3.30.030. FUNDING: County Service Area Zones of Benefit Assessments and Special Taxes (100%).
