Department of Transportation recommending the Board approve the following: 1) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to increase the competitively bid purchase contract 8463 for the purchase of road salt, in the amount of $100,000 for a new total of $190,000 for the remainder of the term ending on February 6, 2027; and 2) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to increase the purchase contract on an "as needed" basis during the awarded period as long as funding is available within the requesting department's budget. FUNDING: 100% Road Fund.
