Health and Human Services Agency recommending the Board: 1) Adopt El Dorado County’s Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 Annual Update, which will become effective July 1, 2024; and 2) Authorize the implementation of the FY 2024-25 projects within the Annual Update. FUNDING: 47% MHSA funds, 38% Federal Medi-Cal, 11% State Grants, 2% Federal Block Grants, 1% Realignment/State General Fund, and 1% Miscellaneous/Fee-for-Service.
