Health and Human Services Agency recommending the Board, acting as the Governing Board of the El Dorado County Public Housing Authority (PHA), approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Fiscal Year 2023-24 Budget Transfer Request to increase federal revenues in the PHA program by $700,000 and to increase appropriations by the same $700,000 amount. (4/5 vote required) FUNDING: 100% Federal Housing and Urban Development dollars.
