Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) recommending the Board, acting as the Governing Board of the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Public Authority (PA),: 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Agreement 8725 with JUMP Technology Services, LLC for software to manage and enroll IHSS PA providers, in the amount of $17,480 and for the term of August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2026; 2) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute amendments relating to Agreement 8725, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk Management, which do not increase the maximum dollar amount or term of the Agreement; and 3) Authorize the HHSA Director, or the Chief Assistant Director, to execute programmatic, administrative, and fiscal documents relating to Agreement 8725. FUNDING: 47% Federal, 43% State, and 10% County General Fund.
