Hearing to consider Jones (Tentative Parcel Map P20-0003) request to subdivide a developed 4.52-acre parcel, with two (2) existing residential units, into two (2) parcels of 2.20 acres (Parcel 1) and 2.32 acres (Parcel 2) in size on property identified Assessor’s Parcel Number 070-160-001, consisting of 4.52 acres, is located on the east side of Sierrama Court, approximately 700 feet east of the intersection with Sierrama Drive, in the Shingle Springs area, submitted by Kevin McBride (Agent: Lebeck Engineering, Inc.); staff recommends the Zoning Administrator take the following actions: 1) Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration based on the Initial Study prepared by staff; 2) Adopt a Mitigation Monitoring Program in accordance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines 15074(d), based on the Mitigation Measures contained in the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Initial Study; and 3) Approve Tentative Parcel Map P20-0003, based on the Findings and subject to the Conditions of Approval as presented.
