Staff recommending the Council do the following: 1) Discuss the preparation of the 2024 Annual Report to the Board of Supervisors; 2) Determine a date to present to the Board of Supervisors; and 3) Assign Members to prepare the Annual Report and/or presentation, or alternatively, discuss and vote on the formation of an Ad Hoc Committee and appoint Members of the Council.
