Chief Administrative Office, Emergency Medical Services and Emergency Preparedness and Response Division, recommending the Board: 1) Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent to sign retroactive Agreement 7470 with the Hospital Association of Southern California to provide Reddinet software to monitor the status of hospital emergency rooms daily, and other emergency medical services resources, for a three-year period, retroactive to June 2, 2023, in the amount of $77,492; and 2) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute any necessary amendments relating to Agreement 7470, excluding term extensions and increases to the not-to-exceed amount, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk Management. FUNDING: California Department of Public Health, Hospital Preparedness Program Grant.
