Elections Department recommending the Board consider the following: 1) Authorize the Registrar of Voters to execute Grant Funding Agreement 23G27109 for activities to improve the administration of elections for Federal office; and 2) Approve and authorize a budget amendment to increase revenue and appropriations to the Elections Department for Fiscal Year 2023-24 for $135,000.
