Probation Department (Probation) recommending the Board: 1) Approve and adopt the new department-specific classification specification of Assistant Deputy Chief Probation Officer (ADCPO); and 2) Adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 012-2024 to approve the Job Class Number, bargaining unit, and salary range for the new classification of ADCPO and add two full time equivalent ADCPO allocations for Probation. FUNDING: General Fund.
