- Approve and adopt budget transfer #12-10 within the Office of Emergency Services (OES) budget in the amount of $100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Dollars) as a result of the Prepare CA Match Program award from the State of California as requested by the Assistant County Administrative Officer.**
- Approve and adopt budget transfer #12-09 within the Office of Emergency Services (OES) budget in the amount of $320,000.00 (Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars) as a result of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) award from FEMA as requested by the Assistant County Administrative Officer.**
- 1) Approve and authorize the Director of Health and Human Services to sign the attached Grant Award from the California Department of Public Health for Tuberculosis Real-Time Allotment Funding, and 2) Authorize the Director of Health and Human Services to sign any future Tuberculosis Real-Time Allotments in FY 2023/24, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
