- Approve and authorize staff from the Department of Health and Human Services Social Services Branch to use Emergency Response Enhancement Funds for yearly stipends, books for a staff book club, training, storage of client support items, and to purchase food items and incentives for staff development and team building activities, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
- 1) Approve and authorize the Director of Health and Human Services to sign the attached Amendment to the Performance Contract with the State of California Department of Health Care Services for the term of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2025, and; 2) Authorize the Director of Health and Human Services to sign any future Amendments to this Agreement, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
