- Approve and authorize the purchase of one (1) 2024 Elgin Crosswind1 Single-Engine Regenerative Air Sweeper truck at a price not to exceed $492,874.00 as requested by the Director of the Community Development Department.**
- Approve and authorize the Director of Del Norte Child Support to sign to renew the existing contracts with contract attorneys Tamra Fallman-Berling and David Cooper, as requested by the Director of Del Norte Child Support.**
- 1) Discuss and give possible direction to authorize the use of County EMS Funds to fund a complete competitive bid process for exclusive operating area ambulance services in Del Norte County, which would include the cost for North Coast EMS (NCEMS) to prepare and administer a competitive bid process for a consultant as well as the cost of the selected consultant to administer the competitive bid process for an ambulance services provider; and, contingent on item 1) being approved, 2) Discuss and give direction to NCEMS whether the Board would like the consultant to include language in the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the successful ambulance services provider to reimburse the County for the cost of the competitive bid process; and, also contingent on the approval of item 1), 3) Authorize the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services to select up to three staff members to represent the County in the review of responsive bids, in collaboration with NCEMS representatives, for the consulting services to administer the RFP, as requested by Supervisor Short.**
