1. Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent to exceed the $20,000 limit for Purchase Order for Services, as outlined in the Del Norte County Administrative Manual Section 4.30.020, and issue a Purchase Order to the City of Crescent City for an amount not to exceed $75,000 as requested by the County Engineer.**
2. Approve and adopt budget transfer #05-02 in the amount of $14,438.00 to cover additional tax, license, and registration fees for a vehicle purchase as requested by the Chief Probation Officer.**
3. Approve and adopt Budget Transfer #04-08 in the amount of $32,800.00 to cover costs of contract attorney services as requested by the District Attorney.**
4. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the renewed contract between the Probation Department and the County Office of Education for Truancy Officer services as requested by the Chief Probation Officer.**
5. Approve the Right of Way Contract with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) granting a Temporary Construction Easement (TCE) over a portion of County-owned property (APN 105-130-022) for the State Route 197 improvement project and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute the agreement, as requested by Administration on behalf of the Director of Maintenance and Parks.**
6. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the fourth Amendment to the Agreement with Brokaw Design Inc. for Legacy renovation services for a term ending June 30, 2025, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
7. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached fourth Amendment to the Agreement with North Valley Behavioral Health, LLC for the term of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
8. Hold a closed session to consider and discuss litigation and personnel matters: Conference with Labor Negotiators pursuant to Government Code 54957.6 between County Negotiator: Neal Lopez, CAO and Represented Employee Bargaining Groups.<br><br>Conference with Real Property Negotiator pursuant to Government Code § 54956.8: Lease Negotiations between Neal Lopez, CAO and BCRAA regarding APNs 110-010-021-000 & 110-010-017-000. Conference with Legal Counsel and Staff pursuant to Government Code Section 549556.9(d)(2): Significant Exposure to Litigation-two. Conference with Legal Counsel and Staff pursuant to Government Code Section 549556.9(d)(1): Existing Litigation-Two: 1) Worker's Compensation Case; 2) Atul Saini v.
