1. Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent to exceed the $20,000 limit for Purchase Order for Services, as outlined in the Del Norte County Administrative Manual Section 4.30.020, and issue a Purchase Order to the City of Crescent City for an amount not to exceed $100,000 for ongoing operation and maintenance of the County Service Area No. 1 as requested by the County Engineer.**
2. By Board Order fix the date, hour, and place of hearing on the petition (i.e., street vacation application) for a segment of Jordan Street between Washington Boulevard and Hoover Avenue as requested by the Assistant County Engineer.**
3. The Chair requests any deletions, corrections or additions from Board members to the agenda at this time. In order to add an item to the agenda, the matter must have come to the attention of the County subsequent to the posting of the agenda and the matter requires action before the next regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
4. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the First Amendment to the agreement with SZS Engineering Access, Inc for the development of the County of Del Norte’s Americans with Disabilities Act Evaluation and Transition Plan, as requested by the Administrative Programs Manager.**
5. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Lease Agreement renewal with Anfield Property Group LLC for the term of December 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
6. Approve and authorize the Director of Health and Human Services to sign the attached Lease Agreement renewal with Brandee Stephens for the term of November 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
