- Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with North Valley Behavioral Health, LLC for the term of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
- Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Operational Agreement renewal with Harrington House for the term of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
- Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement for LPS Conservatee Services with JPS Home Care Services for the term of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
- Approve and adopt a Resolution of the Del Norte County Board of Supervisors approving the application of the Del Norte Association for Cultural Awareness (DNACA) and authorizing the execution of a grant contract with the California Arts Council, as requested by the Treasurer of DNACA.**
- The Chair requests any deletions, corrections or additions from Board members to the agenda at this time. In order to add an item to the agenda, the matter must have come to the attention of the County subsequent to the posting of the agenda and the matter requires action before the next regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
- Approve and authorize the County Administrative Officer to sign an Agreement and subsequent Supplement Agreements between the County of Del Norte and UBEO Business Services for Lease / Rental Services for Copiers and other printing devices as requested by the Director of Information Technology.**
