1. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with SVT Gruppe to continue providing Transportation Services for the term of January 1, 2026 through December 30, 2026, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
2. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Lease Agreement renewal with Fernando and Maria Pereira for the term of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
3. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Casa Serenity to continue providing Residential Care Services for the term of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
4. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Family Resource Center of the Redwoods to continue the MHSA Prevention and Early Intervention Program for the term of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
5. Approve and authorize the chair to sign the agreement between 360 Pipeline Inspections, LLC and the County of Del Norte, County Service Area No. 1 for Cleaning and Video Inspection of Sewer Lines and Manholes not to exceed $108,300.00, and authorize the County Engineer to sign change orders for additional services not to exceed $50,000.00 as requested by the County Engineer.**
6. The Chair requests any deletions, corrections or additions from Board members to the agenda at this time. In order to add an item to the agenda, the matter must have come to the attention of the County subsequent to the posting of the agenda and the matter requires action before the next regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
7. Approve and authorize the Director of Health and Human Services to sign the attached first Amendment to the Grant Agreement with the Behavioral Health Services Oversight & Accountability Commission for the term of October 4, 2022 through December 31, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
8. Subject to approval and authorization of Budget Transfer Requests #10-02 and #10-03, approve and authorize the Chair to sign Amendment Proposal #1 to Del Norte County Agreement #2025-020 between Del Norte County and SHN for professional services related to the update of the General Plan Safety Element and corresponding environmental documents, in an amount not to exceed $190,530 (One Hundred Ninety Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Dollars), as requested by the Director of Community Development.**
9. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Lease Agreement for Court Ordered Family Visitation locations with Abbienna LLC for the term of November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2026, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
