1. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with BHC Heritage Oaks Hospital, Inc. to continue providing Psychiatric Inpatient Hospital Services for the term of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
2. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with BHC Sierra Vista Hospital, Inc. to continue providing Psychiatric Inpatient Hospital Services for the term of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
3. Adopt the attached resolution approving the Real Property Disposition and Acquisition Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions for the sale of eighteen (18) County-owned parcels in the Pacific Shores Subdivision to the State of California, authorize the Chair to execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement and related escrow documents, and authorize the County Administrative Officer, or designee, to take all actions necessary to complete the transaction, consistent with prior Board direction, as previously directed by the Board of Supervisors**
4. The Chair requests any deletions, corrections or additions from Board members to the agenda at this time. In order to add an item to the agenda, the matter must have come to the attention of the County subsequent to the posting of the agenda and the matter requires action before the next regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
5. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the First Amendment to Cal OES Second-Tier Subaward Agreement Number 2023-227 as requested by the OES Fiscal Manager.**
6. Approve and adopt an amendment to Chapter 1 (Board of Supervisors), Section 1.10 (Rules), of the County Administrative Manual to add Rule 31 (“State and Federal Advocacy”), clarifying Board participation, designation of representatives, and travel authorization associated with recognized state and federal advocacy organizations, as recommended by Administration and County Counsel.**
