- Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the one-year renewal proposal letter from the California Forensic Medical Group (CFMG) authorizing CFMG to put together an Amendment to the current Agreement to extend the County Jail Health Care and Psychiatrist and Psychiatric Medication Services for Del Norte County Youth housed in Humboldt County through August 31, 2027, as requested by the County Administrative Officer, Sheriff-Coroner and Chief Probation Officer.**
- The Chair requests any deletions, corrections or additions from Board members to the agenda at this time. In order to add an item to the agenda, the matter must have come to the attention of the County subsequent to the posting of the agenda and the matter requires action before the next regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
- Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached first Amendment to the Participation Agreement for the State Hospital Program with CalMHSA for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
- 1) Approve and authorize the Director of Health and Human Services to sign the attached second Amendment to the Agreement with CalMHSA for the Workforce Education and Training Program for a term ending June 30, 2026, and; 2) Authorize the Director of Health and Human Services to sign any future Amendments to this Agreement, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
