1. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Willow Glen Care Center to continue providing Community Residential Care services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
2. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Davis Guest Home to continue providing Augmented Residential Support for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
3. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Willow Glen Sequoia to continue providing Mental Health Rehabilitation services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
4. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Casa Serenity to continue providing Residential Care Services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
5. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Willow Glen Cedar Grove to continue providing Mental Health Rehabilitation services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
6. Approve and authorize the Director of Health and Human Services to sign the attached renewal MOU with the California Department of Public Health for the California Pathways into Public Health Initiative for the term of April 18, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
7. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Crestwood Behavioral Health to continue providing Mental Health Rehabilitation Services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
8. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Crisis Support Services of Alameda County to continue providing After-Hours Crisis Support Services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
9. The Chair requests any deletions, corrections or additions from Board members to the agenda at this time. In order to add an item to the agenda, the matter must have come to the attention of the County subsequent to the posting of the agenda and the matter requires action before the next regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
10. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached first Amendment to the Agreement with Aegis Treatment Centers, LLC to continue providing Outpatient Substance Use Treatment Services for the term of April 14, 2026 through June 30, 2026, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
11. Approve and authorize the Chair to execute: (1) the First Amendment to County Agreement No. 2001-091 between the County of Del Norte and the Del Norte County Office of Education modifying the existing McCarthy Alternative Education Center site lease; and (2) the Lease Agreement between the Del Norte County Office of Education and the County of Del Norte for the County’s lease and use of modular classroom trailers located at 250 and 254 Williams Drive, as requested by Administration.**
