- Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Trek Medics International, Inc. for Mobile Crisis Beacon Tracking services for the term of March 11, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
- Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with STurner Consulting to continue providing EHR Consultation and Support for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
- The Chair requests any deletions, corrections or additions from Board members to the agenda at this time. In order to add an item to the agenda, the matter must have come to the attention of the County subsequent to the posting of the agenda and the matter requires action before the next regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
- Approve Budget Transfer #05-04 within the Public Defender Budget in order to increase expenditures in the amount of $16,438.00 and increase revenue in the amount of $16,438.00 to make funds available for the return of unspent CARE Court Funding received within Fiscal Year 24/25, as requested by the Administrative Programs Manager.**
- Approve and authorize the Chair to sign an Amendment to the Agreement with Bennet Omalu Pathology for autopsy services as requested by the Sheriff-Coroner.**
- Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached first Amendment to the Agreement with California Psychiatric Transitions, Inc. to continue providing Psychiatric Treatment and Rehabilitation Services for the term of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
- Approve and authorize the Director of Health and Human Services to sign the attached Acceptance of Award from the CA Dept. of Public Health for Sexually Transmitted Infections Prevention and Collaboration for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
