1. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Marco A. Cazares for DUI Monitoring Services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
2. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Family Resource Center of the Redwoods for parenting classes for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
3. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with California Psychiatric Transitions, Inc. to continue providing Psychiatric Treatment and Rehabilitation Services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
4. Provide direction to staff regarding whether the County should continue pursuing development and negotiation of a Good Neighbor Authority (GNA) Agreement with the Six Rivers National Forest, and return to the Board with a proposed agreement for consideration and approval, as requested by Supervisor Howard.**
5. The Chair requests any deletions, corrections or additions from Board members to the agenda at this time. In order to add an item to the agenda, the matter must have come to the attention of the County subsequent to the posting of the agenda and the matter requires action before the next regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
6. Approve and authorize the Director of Health and Human Services to sign the attached second Amendment to the Grant Agreement with the Behavioral Health Services Oversight & Accountability Commission for the term of October 4, 2022 through June 30, 2028, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
7. Approve and authorize the Chair to (1) enable the County’s primary and alternate Public Risk Innovation, Solutions, and Management (PRISM) board members to execute agreements, memorandums of understandings (MOUs), policy documents, and proposed amendments to the foregoing documents, hereinafter referred to as "agreements", as necessary to support risk financing by and between PRISM and the County of Del Norte; and, (2) authorize the County’s primary and/or alternate PRISM board members to execute the proposed amendment to the PRISM Joint Powers Agreement (JPA), as requested by the Risk Manager.**
8. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached new Lease Agreement for Behavioral Health clients with Jamal Dahdoul for the term of June 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
