1. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Life Generations Healthcare to continue providing Special Treatment Program Services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
2. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Vista Pacifica to continue providing Residential Support Services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
3. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Canyon Manor to continue providing Mental Health Rehabilitation Services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
4. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Second Amendment to the Agreement with California Forensic Medical Group (CFMG) for County Jail Inmate Health Care Services, extending the term of the agreement for the first of two additional one-year periods, as requested by County Administrative Officer.**
5. Approve and authorize the county Agricultural Commissioner to sign the cooperative agreement between Del Norte County and the California Department of Food and Agriculture, Division of Measurement Standards for the Petroleum agreement from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, as requested by the Agricultural Commissioner.**
6. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Resolution for the agreement for admission of Del Norte In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority ("IHSS") to the Golden State Risk Management Authority (GSRMA), as requested by the Risk Manager.**
7. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the agreement to use the Hambro property on South Beach for the 4th of July IC post area as requested by the Sheriff-Coroner.**
8. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Task Order 05 to the Agreement with Lenders Construction Services to continue providing construction project management support for the Encampment Resolution Fund Micro Shelter Village project, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
9. Approve and authorize the emergency contract with Tidewater Contractors Inc. pending final review and approval by County Counsel, and ratify emergency agreements with Stover Engineering and Aggregate Resource Industries, Inc. related to the South Fork Road Rockfall hazard removal and geotechnical evaluation near Boulder Creek as requested by the County Engineer.**
10. The Chair requests any deletions, corrections or additions from Board members to the agenda at this time. In order to add an item to the agenda, the matter must have come to the attention of the County subsequent to the posting of the agenda and the matter requires action before the next regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
11. Approve and authorize the removal of Del Norte County from the Redwood Coast Transit Authority's (RCTA) Lease with the 41st District Agricultural Association (Del Norte County Fairgrounds), as requested by Supervisor Short & Chair Borges.**
