1. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached MOU renewal with Sutter Coast Hospital for 5150 services for a term of June 26, 2026 through June 30, 2028, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
2. Approve and authorize the Director of Health and Human Services to sign the attached renewal MOU with the California Department of Child Support Services to provide the Department of Health and Human Services access to the Child Support Enforcement System for a three-year term beginning June 23, 2026, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
3. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Iris Telehealth Medical Group to continue providing Telehealth Services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
4. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement for Psychiatric Inpatient Hospital Services with Santa Rosa Behavioral Healthcare Hospital for the term of October 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
5. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Amendment to the Tetra Tech Agreement #2024-133 for the Hazard Mitigation Plan update as requested by the OES Fiscal Manager**
6. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached new Emergency Preparedness Cooperative Agreement with Partnership HealthPlan of California for an ongoing term beginning on or around July 14, 2026, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
7. Approve and Adopt a Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement with the Del Norte County Tax Collector's Office and the Franchise Tax Board—Court Ordered Debt Collections Program (COD), as requested by the Treasurer/Tax Collector.**
8. Approve and authorize the County Agricultural Commissioner to sign the Nursery Inspection Agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 as requested by the Agricultural Commissioner.**
9. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Agreement for mobile crisis consultation services with Jacob Rosen for the term of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
10. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Agreement with Mendocino County for Placement of Juvenile Court Wards at the Mendocino County Juvenile Hall, as requested by the Chief Probation Officer.**
11. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached new Agreement for Psychiatric Services with Daughter Project Girls Home for the term of January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
12. Approve and authorize the County Counsel to sign an agreement between Del Norte County and the Del Norte Resource Conservation District (RCD) for Legal Counsel Services from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 as requested by County Counsel.**
13. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Agreement with Mary Middleton Counseling LLC to continue providing Licensed Clinician Services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
14. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached first extension to the Lease Agreement with 101 N. Properties, LLC for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
15. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached new Agreement with True North Organizing Network for the Trillium Drop-In Teen Center for the term of June 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
16. Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent to exceed the $20,000 limit for Purchase Order for Services, as outlined in the Del Norte County Administrative Manual Section 4.30.020, and issue a Purchase Order for Fiscal Year 2026 to the City of Crescent City to cover all bills for Fiscal Year 2025/2026 and to bring back a budget amendment if required for ongoing operation and maintenance of the County Service Area No. 1 as requested by the County Engineer.**
17. Approve the purchase of a video surveillance system, a fixed asset, for the Flynn Administrative Center using Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) funding as requested by the Fiscal Manager of OES.**
18. Approve and adopt budget transfer #07-01 in the amount of $21,000.00 within the Office of Emergency Services (OES) budget to add 2023 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) funds into the FY 26/27 budget for the purchase of a fixed asset, as requested by the Fiscal Manager of OES.**
19. 10:30 A.M. Approve and adopt a Proclamation proclaiming July 2026 as "Disability Pride Month" as requested by the Systems Change Advocate — Tri County Independent Living.**
20. Approve and authorize the County Engineer to enter into Agreements and change orders with Tidewater Contractors, Inc. for road material supplies in amounts not to exceed the approved Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget for such materials as requested by the County Engineer.**
21. The Chair requests any deletions, corrections or additions from Board members to the agenda at this time. In order to add an item to the agenda, the matter must have come to the attention of the County subsequent to the posting of the agenda and the matter requires action before the next regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
