1. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the renewal Agreement for Placement of Juvenile Court Wards at Humboldt County Juvenile Hall as requested by the Chief Probation Officer.**
2. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement for Consultation Services with Jermaine Brubaker for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
3. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Kings View to continue providing Telepsychiatry Services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
4. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Community Behavioral Health for Telepsychiatry Services the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
5. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Community Initiatives for Collective Impact to continue providing TUPP Program External Evaluation Services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
6. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Cascade Emergency Medicine, Inc. to continue providing Public Health Officer services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
7. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Granite Wellness Centers to continue providing Residential Treatment Services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
8. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement for Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Services with Center for Positive Changes for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
9. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached renewal Agreement with Aegis Treatment Centers, LLC to continue providing Outpatient Substance Use Treatment Services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
10. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the agreement with the City of Crescent City for operation and maintenance of the County Service Area No. 1 as requested by the County Engineer.**
11. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached first Amendment to the Agreement with Star View Behavioral Health for Psychiatric Services for the term of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
12. Approve and authorize the Director of Health and Human Services to sign the attached new Agreement for County-Based MC Admin Activities Targeted Case Management with the County of Santa Cruz for the term of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
13. The Chair requests any deletions, corrections or additions from Board members to the agenda at this time. In order to add an item to the agenda, the matter must have come to the attention of the County subsequent to the posting of the agenda and the matter requires action before the next regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
14. Review and approve an amendment to the Del Norte County Treasurer’s 2026 Statement of Investment Policy as requested by the Treasurer-Tax Collector.**
15. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a letter of opposition to be transmitted to State Senator Mike McGuire and State Assemblymember Chris Rogers to the proposed Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) tax credit included in the Governor’s January budget proposal as requested by County Engineer Olson.**
