- Approve and authorize the Agricultural Commissioner to sign the Detection Trapping agreement, effective from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, with the California Department of Food and Agriculture for work related to detecting exotic pests in Del Norte County, as requested by the Agricultural Commissioner.**
- Approve and authorize the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services to sign the Intergovernmental Agreement Regarding Transfer of Public Funds for the 2025 Variable Rate Range Program between the California Department of Health Care Services and Department of Health and Human Services for the term of January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, as requested by the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services.**
- The Chair requests any deletions, corrections or additions from Board members to the agenda at this time. In order to add an item to the agenda, the matter must have come to the attention of the County subsequent to the posting of the agenda and the matter requires action before the next regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
