1. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached new Agreement for Psychiatric Services with Elite Family Systems for the term of May 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
2. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached a<span style="margin-left:0in;">greement with MGT Impact Solutions, LLC, for the development of a Countywide Master Fee Schedule Update; authorize the County Administrative Officer, or designee, to administer the Agreement, as requested by the Administrative Programs Manager**</span>
3. Approve and authorize the Director of Health and Human Services to sign the attached first Amendment to the Behavioral Health Bridge Housing Agreement with Advocates for Human Potential for the term of June 23, 2023 through June 30, 2027, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
4. Approve and adopt the attached Side Letters of Agreement between the County of Del Norte and the Del Norte County Sheriff's Employees' Association (DNCSEA) pertaining to Article IX Section 9.1 to reflect actual practice for health benefits and 9.6 for employee life insurance, and Shift Rotation assignments as mutually recommended by the County Administrative Officer (CAO) and the DNCSEA and as presented by the CAO.**
5. The Chair requests any deletions, corrections or additions from Board members to the agenda at this time. In order to add an item to the agenda, the matter must have come to the attention of the County subsequent to the posting of the agenda and the matter requires action before the next regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
6. 9:30 A.M. Approve and adopt a Proclamation proclaiming October 02, 2026, as "The day of the Crescent City Opening Ceremony of Rotary District 5130's End Polio Now Torch Relay Fundraiser", and recognizing October 24, 2026, as "World Polio Day" as requested by the Co-Chair of the Crescent City Rotary End Polio Now Torch Relay Committee.**

10. 9:40 A.M. 1) Receive a presentation from Tetra Tech on the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan and; 2) approve and adopt a Resolution accepting all of Volume 1 and the County's portion of Volume 2 of the 2026 Del Norte County Local Hazard Mitigation Plan Update as requested by the Fiscal Manager of the Office of Emergency Services.**
11. Approve and adopt the minutes from the September 08, 2026, Board of Supervisors meeting.**
12. The Pledge of Allegiance to be led by Chris Howard, District 3 Supervisor.
13. Approve the and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Resolution and authorize the Director of Health and Human Services to sign the attached Allocation Acceptance Form with the California Department of Housing and Community Development to accept funds for Round 8 of the Transitional Housing Program and Round 5 of the Housing Navigation Maintenance Program, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
14. Approve and adopt Budget Transfer #06-08 in the amount of $39,156.00 within the 2720-2102010 Public Health Budget Unit to cover reentry services rendered in FY 2025-2026, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**
15. Receive other brief reports or announcements relative to the County of Del Norte programs and projects, progress of the two by two committees, technical advisory committees and/or Board and staff travel/training reports.
16. 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Subcontract with First 5 Del Norte for the CDPH California Home Visiting Program for a term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, and; 2) Approve the CDPH California Home Visiting Program Grant Package, as requested by the Director of Health and Human Services.**

18. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a letter supporting Assembly Bill 2059 (Wilson) and urging Governor Gavin Newsom to sign the legislation, as requested by the Del Norte Local Transportation Commission on behalf of the Nevada County Transportation Commission.**
19. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a letter in support of the Del Norte Local Transportation Commission's (DNLTC) application for Caltrans Sustainable Transportation Planning Grant (STPG) funding for the Northcrest Drive Corridor Plan as requested by the County Engineer.**
20. 9:35 A.M. 1) Receive a presentation from SZS Engineering Access, Inc. regarding the ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan (SETP); and 2) approve and adopt a Resolution approving the County of Del Norte Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan (SETP), as requested by the Administrative Programs Manager.**
21. <span data-path-to-node="1,0" data-pasted="true">Approve and authorize the Position Action Request (PAR) to hire one (1) Temporary Limited-Term Property Appraiser I in the Assessor’s Office from October 9, 2026, through November 30, 2026, for retirement succession planning</span><span data-path-to-node="1,2"> as requested by the Director of Human Resources and Risk Management.**
