1. 1 MEETING CANCELLED The meeting of Tuesday, August 13, 2024 has been cancelled due to lack of a quorum. The next meeting of the Parks and Recreation Commission is scheduled for Tuesday, August 20, 2024 in the Council Chambers.

A complete agenda packet is available for public inspection during business hours at the Library and Recreation Services Department. Any materials relating to an item on the agenda which are distributed to all, or majority of all, members of the Parks and Recreation Commission after the posting of the agenda will also be available at the same time for public inspection during business hours at the Library and Recreation Services Department.
