2. Approve contract with the <strong>Disability Law Office of Kay Tracy, Esq. for the housing and disability advocacy program, effective January 13, 2025.
3. Adopt a Resolution of the Colusa County Board of Supervisors supporting the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution.
4. Approve Agreement 25-0391-000-SG Amendment 1, with the <strong>California Department of Food and Agriculture </strong>for the High Risk Pest Exclusion Program.
5. Approve proposal with<strong> Advanced Document Concepts</strong> for ​maintenance services and Lease Agreement with <strong>US Bank Equipment Finance</strong> for copier/printer lease for the Public Works Department and authorize the Purchasing Agent to sign.
6. Adopt a Proclamation honoring the Colusa Indian Community Council (CICC) as the recipient of the 2025 Community Impact Award.
