1. Approve Master Services Agreement with <strong>Tri Counties Bank</strong> for banking services for the Treasurer/Tax Collector, further adopt the Resolution for Acceptance of Treasury Management Services with Tri Counties Bank.
2. Approve the Frontier Services Agreement, E-Rate Rider, Dedicated Internet Access Schedule and Ethernet Local Area Network Schedule with <strong>Frontier Communications of America, Inc. for continued internet service at the Arbuckle, Grimes, Maxwell, Princeton, Williams and Colusa Library branches.
3. Adopt Resolution of the Colusa County Board of Supervisors Entering into a Tax Share Agreement with the City of Colusa for the Proposed Annexation to the City of Certain Property commonly known as the City of Colusa Wastewater Treatment Plant Annexation #2.
4. Reapprove Purchase Order 52102032026 in the amount of $27,637.01 with NWN Corporation for computers for the Sheriff's Department utilizing California State contract number 1-22-70-30 and authorize the Purchasing Agent to sign the Purchase Order.
5. Adopt specifications for the Colusa County Sheriff's Department vehicle purchase Request for Bids (RFB) and authorize publication of same.
