1. Approve allocation agreement with <strong>California Department of Public Health </strong>for implementation of California Home Visiting Program (CHVP).
2. Approve an Agreement between Colusa County and the <strong>Glenn-Colusa Irrigation District (GCID) </strong>for shared maintenance responsibilities and cost apportionment related to bridges and water conduit facilities located on or near County roadways.
3. Approve a <strong>United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service Wildlife Services Work and Financial Plan </strong>for fiscal year 2026/2027 pursuant to Cooperative Services Agreement No 23-7306-0250-RA and authorize the Agricultural Commissioner to sign.
4. Approve 2nd Modification to the Facility Use License Agreement between the County of Colusa and <strong>Colusa Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 2441</strong> to permit the installation, operation, maintenance, and removal of a solar energy and battery storage system at the Veterans Hall facility located at 108 E. Main Street, Colusa.
5. Approve contract with <strong>All About Building, Inc</strong> for the Colusa County Detention and Treatement Facility corridor project. Further, authorize the Purchasing Agent to sign order changes or additions in work performed per Public Contract Code Section 20142.
6. Reapprove Professional Auditing Services Contract C26-036 with <strong>CliftonLarsonAllen, LLC</strong> for the audit of the new Colusa County Detention and Treatment Facility.
7. Pursuant to Policy 401, Section 5.2, waive the competitive bidding process on the finding that competitive bidding would not be in the public interest, and approve a contract with <strong>SpaceWorx</strong> for meeting pods for the Colusa County Detention and Treatment Facility.
8. Approve Amendment Number 1 with <strong>The Regents of the University of California</strong> for the provision of Peer Review/County Self-Assessment and Five-Year System Improvement Plan services.
