6. Approve Purchase Order 61004162026 in the amount of $71,202.34 with Beeler Tractor Co. for the Department of Public Works and authorize the Purchasing Agent to sign the Purchase Order.
7. Ratify open-end equity lease rate quote numbers 9904901, 9913805 and 9945644 with <strong>Enterprise FM Trust</strong> for one 2025 Ford F-150, one 2026 F-350 and one 2026 Ford F-150 for the Ag Department.
8. Approve California <strong>Providing Access and Transforming Health (PATH)</strong> Justice-Involved Planning and Capacity Building Program - Round 4 grant terms and conditions and authorize Lieutenant Arnold Navarro to sign all agreements and related documents for this grant award.
