2. Approve agreement with the <strong>California Crop Improvement Association</strong> effective July 1, 2026 and authorize the Ag Commissioner to sign the contract.
3. Approve contract with<strong> Precision West Telecommunicaitons, Inc. dba Precision West Technologies</strong> for monthly camera monitoring and access control system connectivity for the Department of Health and Human Services located at 251 E. Webster St., Colusa.
4. Reapprove the Amended and Restated Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (JPA) Contract C25-209 with the <strong>Regional Housing Authority</strong> to add Lake County to the JPA, effective July 1, 2026.
5. <strong>PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT</strong><br>Approve contract and accompanying exhibits with <strong>Unified Fleet Services, LLC</strong> to lease one (1) 2027 Kenworth T880 Dump Truck and one (1) 2024 Kenworth T800 Water Truck for the Department of Public Works and authorize the Board Chair and County Administrative Officer to execute the documents.
