  1. Approve Agreement with <strong>Aegis Treatment Centers, LLC </strong>for medication treatment for substance use disorders.
  2. Consider approval of the Commercial Lease Agreement with <strong>Russell Turner and Elva Ortiz Turner, Trustees of the Russell A. Turner and Elva Ortiz-Turner Revocable Trust, for office space to be occupied by the Agricultural Commissioner's Office and Air Pollution Control District. Further, authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the Agreement and to approve non-substantive revisions necessary to carry out the intent of the Agreement.
  3. 9:30am Public Hearing and adoption of a Resolution approving the findings pursuant to Government Code Sections 4217.10 - 4217.18. Further authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the Energy Services Master Agreement with SitelogIQ, Inc. for the implementation of facility improvements, energy conservation, energy generation, and/or energy management services and approve non-substantive revisions necessary to carry out the intent of the Agreement.
  4. 9:30am Timed Item - Consider adoption of a Resolution approving an Equipment Lease-Purchase Agreement, a Project Fund Administration Agreement, and a Placement Agent Agreement related to the financing, construction, and installation of renewable energy generation measures at selected County sites, and authorizing certain actions in connection therewith relating to the financing of certain equipment for the County. Further, authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the agreements and all related documents and to approve non-substantive revisions necessary to carry out the intent of the Resolution and agreements.
  5. <p style="margin-left:0in;" data-pasted="true">Approve Subcontract Agreement Modification 2 between Colusa County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and <strong>Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHP) for Behavioral Health Bridge Housing Program (BHBH).
