2. <strong>Contract Amendment - Dewberry Architects, Inc. </strong> - Approve Contract Amendment for Dewberry Architects, Inc. to Accommodate Additional Design Work for Police Department Facilities.
3. <strong>Contract Amendment - PBLA Engineering, Inc</strong><strong>. </strong> - Approve Third Amendment to Contract with PBLA Engineering, Inc. to Continue to Provide Engineering and Project Management for the Colton Habitat Conservation Park with Eco-Friendly Community Sports Fields.
4. <strong>Council discussion and potential direction to staff regarding amendment to the Municipal Code pertaining to the existing "two‑year hiatus" required of former elected officials prior to eligibility for appointment to any board, commission, or committee. (CM Echevarria)
