5. <strong>Agreement - National Public Safety Group -</strong> Professional Services Agreement With National Public Safety Group for Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management System (RMS) Replacement Project, in an Amount not to Exceed $450,000.
6. <strong>Amendment - Waste Disposal Agreement</strong> - Approve and Adopt a Resolution to Approve Amendment No. 9 of the Waste Disposal Agreement with the County of San Bernadino, <strong>Resolution No. R-60-26.
7. <strong>Agreement - Markley Technologies, Inc. </strong> - Authorize Professional Services Agreement with Markley Technologies, Inc. for Specialized Third-Party Technology Risk, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Resiliency, and Escalation Advisory Services in an Amount of $225,000.
