9. <strong>Purchase </strong>- <strong>Xybix Systems, Inc. </strong> - Approve the Purchase and Installation of Dispatch Console Workstations from Xybix Systems, Inc. for the Police Department Dispatch Center via NASPO ValuePoint No. 00318 in the Amount of $76,886.86.
