3. Approval – Bid Award for CIP 25-06 Antonio & Ashlan Alley Improvements to Asphalt Design by Juan Gomez in the amount of $126,100.00 and Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
4. Approval – Res. 26-___, Approving a Third Amendment to the Consultant Agreement with LSA for the Preparation of the Environmental Impact Report for the Heritage Grove H-Land Specific Plan for a change in scope of services in the amount of $234,745.44 for a total contract amount of $840,730.44, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the amendment.
5. Consider Approval – First Amendment to the City Manager Employment Agreement.
6. Approval – Waive normal purchasing process and authorize purchase of VMware System subscription from Saitech, Inc., in the amount of $93,936.
7. Consider Approval - Res. 26-__, Accepting the Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Grant award in the amount of $2,018,479.50 to hire six (6) firefighters for a period of three (3) years to staff a Fire Squad; Amending the FY 2025-2026 Budget to include the salary, benefits, and equipment needs paid through Measure Y funding; and Amending the Fire Department Position Allocation for the required additional Fire Personnel.
