General Services – Approval – Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement for the Property Located near the intersection of East International Avenue and North Minnewawa Avenue in the City of Clovis, County of Fresno, California, bearing Fresno County Assessor’s Parcel No. 580-072-41s from GV Land Holdings, LLC, a California limited liability company, in the Amount of $4,150,000; and Approval –Res. 26-___, Amending the 2025-2026 General Government Facilities Fund to Allocate Funds in the Amount of $4,150,000 for Purchase of the Property.
5. Administration – Approval – Award the Request for Proposals and approve the purchase of Storage Area Network equipment from vCloud Tech Inc. in the amount of $79,432.13.
