2. General Services - Approval - Res. 26-___, Approving a Side Letter Agreement with Clovis Public Safety Employees Association (CPSEA) to Include Recruitment Bonus Pay for Lateral Public Safety Dispatchers; and Authorizing City Manager to Execute Agreement.
3. General Services - Approval - Waive the City’s Usual Purchasing Requirements and Authorize the City Manager to Approve the Purchase of Six (6) FrontRunners and Two (2) Class C – Ford E450 Cutaway Buses for $1,798,087.98 Utilizing the California Association for Cooperative Transportation (CalACT) Competitive Bid Award.
4. Consider Adoption – Ord. 26-03, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Clovis finding that the proposed ordinance amendment is exempt from CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061, Subdivision (b)(3); and amending the City's Development Code by adding Chapter 9.27 to the Clovis Municipal Code to establish a Mixed-Income Zoning Ordinance for Residential Development Projects. (Vote: 4-1 with Mayor Mouanoutoua voting no)
