General Services – Approval to Waive the City’s Usual Purchasing Requirements and Authorize the City Manager to Approve the Purchase of Seven (7) FrontRunners and One (1) Class C – Ford E450 Cutaway Bus for $1,866,429.95 Utilizing the California Association for Coordinated Transportation (CalACT) Competitive Bid Award.
