3. Police - Approval - Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Clovis Industrial Park, Inc., for the lease of 272 N. Minnewawa Ave., for approximately $138,000 per year.
4. Police - Approval - Amendment to the Police Department Military Equipment List Pursuant to Policy 706.
5. Public Utilities – Approval – Award Non-Exclusive Franchise Agreements for Hauling of Construction and Demolition Debris, and Update the City’s Approved Hauler List.
